Leah and Will’s December Wedding: A Bold Black and White Winter Affair with an Intimate Feel
Leah and Will’s wedding was a stunning display of black and white with pops of many shades of pink. The grand entrance porch was used for their first touch and private vow reading, creating a beautiful setting for photos to capture the moment.
The ceremony took place on the west trellis lawn, which was adorned with ombre flower installation and a flower-lined aisle.
Custom signage throughout the property welcomed guests, including beautiful welcome signage, a grand, oversized seating display, and charming bar signs. The incorporation of the couple’s custom monogram added a cohesive and thoughtful touch to the look and feel of the event.
The winter tent was a sight to behold, with a show-stopping hanging floral installation stretching the length of the head table. The black and white checkered dance floor, flower-lined stage, and twinkle lights created a magical ambiance, perfect for dancing the night away and celebrating Mr. & Mrs. Bowling.
“I couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else! After following Woodbine Mansion on Instagram for a few months, I knew it was the first venue I wanted to tour, and it was our first and only tour. We booked it the next day! From Julie on the events team being so kind and quick to answer all of our questions to the beautiful grounds, everything was perfect. The upstairs rooms were the perfect setting for getting ready, and I loved getting to peak out the windows to see everything be set up.” –Leah
“The best compliment of our wedding day was that it looked like Father of the Bride, and having Woodbine as our setting was a big part of that! It felt both intimate and grand the whole day. Everything flowed so naturally from ceremony under the trellis to cocktail hour inside, to reception under the clear top tent. Thank you Woodbine for making our wedding day dreams come true!” –Leah
Did you know?: Woodbine’s clear top winter tent with walls, doors and dimmable string lighting is included in your venue rental during the winter season (December-February)? A huge value to any couple’s who love the look of the clear top tent!
